Banjari Akshyama Seva Kendra (BASK) a non-profit, non-political and non-government organization was established by the initiative of Baba Prahalad Dash, a founder member, with a group of committed activists.

BASK established in 1999 and was registered under the Society Registration Act 1860 in the year 2000-2001 bearing its registration No: 1122/129/2001-02 dated 16.12.2001 as an NGO in the year 2001 .
